The Hyderabad franchise for Indian Premier League ( IPL ) was won by Deccan Chronical Holdings Ltd. This franchise was transferred to Deccan Chargers Ventures Ltd, a 100% subsidiary of Deccan Chronical Holdings Ltd, with long-term defined interests in sporty business.
